Report Street Light Outages

To report Street Light Outages, do the following:

• Report it directly to Duke Power using this link: Duke Energy
  • Click on Carolinas, then click on Duke Energy Carolinas and then select the light that's out in Marshville.
• Call: 800- 769-3766. When calling you must provide exact location of the outage.
