Public Works

Public Works maintains over forty miles of water lines and twenty-two miles of sewer lines. Public Works personnel also maintain over twelve miles of town-owned streets. The Marshville citizens are saved thousands of dollars each year as the public works department often constructs water and sewer lines instead of outsourcing the job on projects that are not time-sensitive.

The Public Works Department is comprised of six employees who maintain town streets, water, sewer, and related infrastructure concerns and public buildings. The daily hours for public works are Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Any questions regarding connecting to Town of Marshville water/sewer lines must be directed to the Manager of Public Works.
