Town Hall Administration

The Administration Department is responsible for a vast array of municipal functions including tax collection, utility billing and collection, accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll, vendor questions, retirement, finances, employee services, planning and zoning applications, records, and other areas. The Administration Department's goal is to give the citizens and customers the most value possible, through effective and efficient service congruent to the Town of Marshville's goals.

Town Finance Officer- Richard Dixon, CPA, keeps the accounts of Marshville in accordance by performing budgeting duties.

Planning and Zoning Administrator, Jonathan Wells, provides assistance and direction to property owners, residents, administration, and elected or appointed officials regarding the development and use of land. 
Mr. Wells is in Town Hall on Mondays. Messages left on other days will be returned the following Monday.
